To all the Out of the Box Brides!

I am getting excited for the OOTB Bridal Show that is fast approaching. This will be my 4^th show to participate in where I am the exclusively featured florist. I wanted to come up with something a little different this show and felt that I should choose a theme relevant to what is currently popular. I started thinking about what I had been hearing about and seeing on TV. One thing popped into my head: Think Green!

I’m not jumping on the bandwagon for popularity sake but I have started incorporating eco friendly design into my business. At first it was inadvertent, mainly to save myself and my customers money. I have been using recyclable materials such as bamboo and moss in my centerpieces and displays. I am also using recycled ribbon and wire. These design elements have helped me stay on budget and on time as well as help me create less waste. I think that everyone will enjoy the designs that me and my team have come up with.

We are running a special promotion at this OOTB that we have never done before. The first 40 “florist-less”  brides- to- be that stop by our table at the show can pick up an envelope that contains free stuff for her wedding. The envelope can be redeemed when you meet with a designer and book Fleur Du Jour, LLC, to see what’s inside. You could win a free toss bouquet, free bridal portrait bouquet, free boutonierres, etc., etc.  I just love surprises!

Now I have to get back to coming up with some unique arrangements for the show! I hope to see you there.
